AlMansoori Specialized Engineering has been named as the ‘Best Company in Health and Safety’ at this year’s Excellence in Energy Awards.

The prestigious accolade was announced at Gastech 2009 in Abu Dhabi and is the culmination of a very successful start to the year for the company, based in Mussafah, which prides itself on its dedication to health and safety across all service units.

The award is one of many relating to health and safety which have been picked up by AlMansoori over the past year, including one from RasGas Company for the monumental achievement of completing nine consecutive years without a single lost time incident (LTI) and an ADNOC HESQ award for the introduction of the Milestone Recognition Program, which awards individuals and teams who have zero LTIs.

Hamadeh Bakir, corporate HSEQ manager, and Hilal Mubarak AlMansoori, vice chairman accepted the award for AlMansoori, at a ceremony held at ADNEC on Thursday, 28 May.
