Dyna-Drill’s new leader

Smith International has appointed Jonathan Thiele to the position of Vice President and General Manager of Dyna-Drill Technologies a Business Unit of Smith Technologies.  Mr. Thiele has been with Smith for over 9 years, most recently as the Vice President – Manufacturing for Smith Bits.  He has a Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and is a 25 year member of the SPE.
