Prosafe and Total agree to contract extension for accommodation rig

Prosafe has agreed a three-month contract extension with Total for the Safe Caledonia accommodation rig.

The extension will be in continuation of an existing deal with Total and is due to start in mid-June 2010.

The total value of the contract extension is about US $20m.
