SCAN Geophysical ASA will shoot an additional 760 miles (1,250 km) of 2-D work offshore Pakistan received by BP/GEMS, increasing the total work program to around 6,850 miles (11,250 km).

“We are pleased that BP/GEMS chose to award us this additional work,” said Kjell Karlsson, vice president of sales and marketing for SCAN. “We recently recommenced acquiring the original 2-D program and, with this additional work, our vessel, the M/V Geo Searcher, will be engaged for the next four months or so,” he added.
