Lundin Petroleum entered a farm-out agreement with Explora Petroleum, which will acquire a 30% interest in the production license 544 in the North Sea.

The agreement is subject to approval by Norwegian authorities.

Lundin Petroleum is the operator of PL544 and will have 40% working interest in PL544 after the farm-out to Explora Petroleum.
