(DUBAI, United Arab Emirates: October 28, 2008) Earth Decision Sciences today announced that Dubai’s national oil company, Dubai Petroleum Establishment (DPE), has extended its strategic consulting contract with Paradigm.

“Paradigm's Strategic Consulting team has added significant value to our business by providing consultancy services to create a new petrophysical database with clean, consistent data and parameters for basic interpretation,” said Fred Chemin, Head of Production Development, DPE. “This data has been critical to support our ongoing reservoir modeling efforts and drilling campaign.”

This contract marks the first Paradigm strategic consulting project to be identified, executed and completed in the MENA region. The extended contract provides expansion and continued support of the petrophysical database recently reconstructed by Paradigm consultants. Paradigm will continue to process and interpret the database to provide approaches consistent with DPE’s ongoing drilling campaign.
