Enteq Upstream plc, a provider of upstream technology and products, has acquired KM Services and Pro-Flow Fabrication Technologies Ltd. KM Services and Pro-Flow Fabrication Technologies Ltd. will now be known as Enteq KMS LLC.

Both based in Houston, KM Services and Pro-Flow Fabrication Technologies Ltd. provide customers with machined and fabricated parts and products for directional drilling, mud motor and measurement-while-drilling equipment. Combined, the companies employ 72 staff members and operate from joint southeast Houston area facilities.
