Statoil has been granted consent to use the mobile drilling facility COSL Pioneer.
The consent applies to drilling and completion on Visund North of well 34/8, which belongs to Production License 120.
Water depth at the site is about 378 m (1,240 ft).
The operation is expected to start in early October 2012. The duration is estimated to about 344 days.
