Chevron Corp. and BG Group have agreed to move forward with the Starfish natural gas field development project in Trinidad and Tobago, Bloomberg reported.

First gas from the field is expected to come on stream in 4Q 2014, Chevron told the news outlet in a statement. Natural gas produced there will be combined with output from the Dolphin project and piped to meet commitments with the National Gas Co. of Trinidad and Tobago and Atlantic LNG.

The field is by BG Group subsidiaries and Chevron, which each have 50% interest in the project.
