Management appointments at CairnToul

Aberdeen-based, independent energy services provider Broad Cairn Services has announced that it has made strategic management appointments following last year’s acquisition of Aberdeen well services company, CairnToul Well Equipment Services.

Broad Cairn Services invests in, develops, and offers strategic management support services within the North Sea marketplace, as well as internationally.

The appointments affect CairnToul, where a new brand identity has recently been created.  John Bain who has worked for CairnToul for 14 years becomes operations director and will manage the company’s future development and oversee the running of day to day operations.  Meanwhile, Harry Reid has been promoted to operations manager and will provide support to the operations director, as well as managing daily operational issues.

CairnToul specialise in a range of onshore and offshore well services support to the North Sea energy sector.  They employ 35 staff and have built up an excellent reputation for competence, responsiveness and safety focused services; underpinned by an accredited quality management system.
