MAVERICK Technologies has announced it has acquired the assets of Program4 Engineering, a regional solution provider of manufacturing automation and plant process information systems solutions. The acquisition will provide immediate opportunities for growth in the food and beverage, confectionery and pharmaceutical industries, focused in the Mid-Atlantic and northeastern US.

Walt Cholawsky, P.E., former CEO and founder of Program4 Engineering, now MAVERICK Technologies' business development manager for the Northeast division, is enthusiastic about becoming part of a world-class automation engineering company. “It will give our existing clients and employees the ability to aggressively pursue new initiatives and draw upon an expanded pool of high-quality resources and services,” Cholawsky said.
