COSCO Corp. (Singapore) Ltd. reported that COSCO (Qidong) Offshore Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of the company’s 51% owned subsidiary, COSCO Shipyard
Group Co. Ltd., has secured a contract valued at over $20 million from BAM International Australia and Clough Projects Australia Pty Ltd. to build one jackup barge.

This jackup barge will be built to the GustoMSC SEA-1250 design, with a 300-tons deck crane capacity and ability to operate in water depth of up to 30 m (98 ft)

The vessel is scheduled for delivery within eleven months time.
