Michael Blaha, Stephen Staley, Frank Moxon and Anthony Golding have resigned as directors of Cove Energy. Anun Chonchawalit and Direk Wangudomsuk have been appointed as the new directors for the company.

Michael Nolan and John Craven will remain as directors for Cove Energy. In addition, Chonchawalit has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the company.

Anun, with his geology background, has more than 20 years of experience in mining and oil and gas industries. He currently serves as a senior vice president for business development for PTT Exploration and Production Public Co. Ltd.

Direk, with his engineering and business administration background, has more than 20 years of experience in oil, gas, LNG and power industries. He currently serves as a vice president for business development for PTT Exploration and Production Public Co. Ltd.
