Fluke Engenharia, an Acteon company, has strengthened their management team with the appointment of Calixto Deberaldini in support of its drive to grow the company’s market share for subsea products and services.
As business development manager and strategy adviser, Deberaldini will be responsible for new business development and sales for the Brazil-based company in addition to developing key customer accounts with significant growth potential in Brazil and Latin America. He will report to Laurent Maubré, managing director.
Deberaldini has 15 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector. He has held sales, business development and commercial positions with companies such as Chevron, Schlumberger, Vetco Gray and GE Oil & Gas.
Most recently, as the Brazil sales manager for GE Oil & Gas’s subsea division, Deberaldini was responsible for the company’s entire subsea product portfolio and the related engineering integration and associated installation services.
Deberaldini has a degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration specializing in the petroleum industry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
