Knight Oil Tools International confirmed that Ron Aitken has been named vice president of Eastern Hemisphere operations. Mike Foster has been named regional vice president of South America operations.

In his new position, Aitken will be responsible for developing long-range strategies and business plans for the company's Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. He has more than 34 years of experience in international oil tools rental and fishing services markets. Prior to joining Knight Oil Tools International, Aitken was the general manager and sales director for Global Rentals Ltd. in Norway.

Foster has 32 years of experience in operations, sales and management in fishing services and has been with Knight Oil Tools since 2007, where he has held various management positions in the company's fishing services business unit. Previously, he held fishing services positions at Key Energy Services, Weatherford and Dotco Fishing.
