EPC Offshore has appointed new managers to work on two key North Sea developments.

The company provided Euan Sellar, project manager, to focus on the final phases of the Rochelle field development for Endeavour Energy in the central North Sea. Project management services are being offered for the duration of the pre-sanction and execution phases of this large subsea project, which is entering the construction phase this year.

With more than 18 years technical experience in the oil and gas industry, Sellar has worked within the engineering, operations and project management disciplines for a number of operators including Marathon, Total and Shell on projects across Houston, Norway and Ireland.

Rob Harris joins EPC as study team leader on the Lancaster development, for Hurricane, in the West of Shetlands.

Harris joins the company with 30 years of process and facilities experience working on several development plans for Shell, ConocoPhillips, Chevron and BG Group in the North Sea. He will lead the team as they work towards bringing the development to concept selection before the end of 2012.
