J. Kevin Bartol has been appointed to serve Rowan Companies’ executive vice president of finance and corporate development.

In this new role, Bartol will lead the company’s finance, investor relations, and corporate development departments. William Wells will continue to serve as senior vice president, CFO, and treasurer.
