Charles Campise was appointed to TransAtlantic Petroleum’s board of directors.
He brings more than 20 years of international oil and natural gas financial and accounting expertise to the board. That experience includes serving as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Toreador Resources from May 2006 to March 2010 and as corporate controller for Transmeridian Exploration from December 2003 to May 2005.
