The CEO of accommodation rig firm Prosafe has stepped down and the company is looking at alternatives to improve its financial situation, Prosafe said on April 27, in the latest sign of troubles for the oil services sector.
A previously announced loss of contracts had made it more difficult to comply with its financial covenants, the firm said.
According to the company's website, Stig Harry Christiansen is the acting CEO and also the CFO. The company is based in Larnaca, Cyprus.
