Offshore brownfield construction contractor Dynamic Industries International LLC formed a joint venture (JV) with Saudi Arabian service company Bandariyah International Co. Ltd. Under the JV, Dynamic Industries Saudi Arabia Ltd. (DISA) was formed to provide Dynamic’s offshore project execution services to Saudi Aramco and affiliates, Dynamic said May 19. The JV agreement was signed April 15.
DISA will provide engineering, procurement, construction and installation services, fabrication services and facility maintenance for Saudi Aramco’s development of non-associated gas fields and production as it expands westward offshore to the Red Sea.
DISA’s corporate offices will be in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Plans are being developed and finalized for the offshore support base facility, which will be in or near a port in the eastern province.
Dynamic Industries International LLC’s parent company, Dynamic Energy Services International LLC, is based in New Orleans.
