The board of Roc Oil Co. Ltd. (ROC) has appointed Yuanlin Jiang, Yao Xu and Qunbin Wang as non-executive directors of ROC, according to a news release.
The three are nominees of Transcendent Resources Ltd. (Fosun), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fosun International Ltd.
