Gabaake Gabaake has become acting managing director and CEO of Tlou Energy Ltd. while Anthony Gilby, the managing director and CEO, takes immediate extended leave for illness, the Australia-based company with coalbed methane operations in Africa said Jan. 6.
The duration of Gilby’s leave is unknown, the company said. Colm Cloonan, the current CFO, will fulfill the duties of deputy CEO alongside Gabaake.
