Atlas Services Group Geophysics BV, a subsidiary of Atlas Services Group Holding BV, has completed the acquisition of Geomotive Inc. and Geomotive Ltd., according to a news release.
Atlas said it initiated the acquisition to add further scope and options for both clients and contractors.
Geomotive will continue to trade by its name, the release said.
