Kemira has acquired certain assets of Kansas-based Polymer Services, according to a news release.
The company focuses on field application of polymer gel treatments for enhanced or improved oil recovery using equipment to blend, apply and monitor the treatments in the field, the release said.
The transaction price was not disclosed.
