Elaine Lisenbe was appointed as CFO, and Valencia Amenson was appointed as vice president of human resources, Wood Group Mustang said Aug. 25. Both will join the executive leadership team, the company said.
Lisenbe joined the company as financial controller in 2011, and most recently was vice president of finance for the Americas. As CFO, she will oversee all finance functions and serve on the steering committee for the new North America finance service center. Prior to joining Wood Group Mustang, she worked in finance for international engineering and chemical companies.
Amenson joined the company in 2014 as director of human resources for the U.S. She is responsible for all global human resources functional groups and the human resources business partners. Previously, she was global human resources director for corporate and Americas at the American Bureau of Shipping. She also worked at El Paso Corp. and MD Anderson Cancer Center.
“I’ve been impressed with Elaine’s and Valencia’s leadership and I look forward to them bringing their wisdom, knowledge and innovative thinking to our executive leadership team,” said Michele McNichol, CEO.
Industry service company Wood Group Mustang is based in Houston.
