On July 1, Halliburton Co. said that Mark McCollum was reappointed as executive vice president and CFO, resuming those duties. According to a Halliburton press release from Dec. 4, 2014, McCollum stepped away from those duties when he became executive vice president and chief integration officer, leading the integration team for the now-canceled Halliburton-Baker Hughes Inc. merger.
McCollum will continue reporting to Dave Lesar, chairman and CEO, and he will also remain on the company’s executive committee.
Christian Garcia, who had been the interim CFO for the last 18 months, will remain with Halliburton as senior vice president of finance until Aug. 1 when he will take early retirement.
