Houston-based National Oilwell Varco (NYSE: NOV) acquired 97% of the shares of Norwegian subsea technology company Seabox AS, according to a press release from HitecVision.
The shares were acquired from a group of shareholders led by HitecVision.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
