C&C Technologies, an international provider of survey and mapping services, has agreed to be acquired by Oceaneering International, according to a news release.
The transaction is anticipated to be completed in early April 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
Both companies have concentrations in global deep water energy arenas. C & C Technologies will retain its name and continue to be headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana.
