Simmons & Co. International Ltd. said Oct. 6 that Houston-based Power Feed-Thru Systems & Connections LLC acquired Flowell Oil Tools Ltd. and UMS Unique Manufacturing Solutions International Ltd..
The amount was undisclosed, and Simmons was Flowell’s financial adviser.
The U.K.-based companies offer well completion products and manufacturing services.
