Rainbow Ceramics has opened a new North American sales and technology center in Houston, the company said in a news release.
With the aim of enhancing product application solutions and developing new product technologies, Rainbow will provide customer technical support and product quality control services from the new facility. Additionally, Rainbow staff will conduct ongoing proppant performance studies in conjunction with pressure pumping services and operating companies across the US and Canada, the release said.
Rainbow operates more than a dozen production lines in five manufacturing plants in China, where they have been a manufacturer of ceramic sands, ceramic beads, and ceramic balls for more than 25 years, the release said. The traditional products have various industrial applications, such as catalyst carriers, support media, grinding beads and blasting beads used in petrochemical and refinery plants.
