SBM Offshore has launched two companies, Imodco Terminals S.A. and Imodco Services S.A., according to a press release. The two independent entities are fully dedicated to meeting the challenges of the dynamic market for catenary anchor leg mooring terminals and after sales services.
The two companies will operate independently from the rest of SBM Offshore, functioning as 100% affiliates within the group.
