Sevan Marine ASA delivered the accommodation unit Arendal Spirit from the Cosco, Nantong yard to Teekay Offshore Partners LP, the company said Feb. 16.
The delivery was part of a July 12, 2014 agreement between Teekay Offshore Partners LP, Cefront Technology AS and Logitel Offshore Holdings AS.
Six months after the delivery, Sevan Marine must be paid US$10 million, the Arendal, Norway-based company said.
