Swire Oilfield Services secured a five-year contract in Brazil with Weatherford International Plc in Brazil, the company said June 26.
Critical project equipment for offshore operations will be transported and stored by cargo carrying units under the seven-figure contract.
Brazil plans to more than double production by 2020, said Marcelo Nacif, general manager for Brazil.
U.K.-based Swire employs 85 people in Rio de Janeiro and Macaé, the company added.
