Engineers at Denmark’s Ramboll Oil & Gas have developed a new SEABED CUTTING technique for pipeline burieal based on steel wire and described as similar to cheese cutting. The system for which a patent is pending is being as particularly applicable in Arctic conditions where deep burial to avoid icebergs is seen as essential.
