Chariot Oil & Gas Ltd.’s sixth generation ultradeepwater drillship, Saipem 12000, has commenced drilling on the Rabat Deep Permits in Morocco, the company said in a press release on March 14.
Eni Maroc B.V. holds 40% (operator), Woodside Energy (Morocco) Pty. Ltd. holds 25%, ONHYM 25%, Chariot Oil & Gas Investments (Morocco) Ltd. holds 10%.
Operations are expected to take approximately 50 days.
