A US $114m contract has been awarded to FMC Technologies by LLOG Exploration Company for its deepwater Delta House project in the US Gulf.
The subsea equipment order is for the project located in the Mississippi Canyon area in a water depth of approximately 1,524 m (5,000 ft). FMC’s scope of supply includes nine sub- sea trees, four subsea manifolds, five multiphase meters and associated topside control systems and subsea distribution systems. The equipment is scheduled for delivery in 2013.
LLOG and FMC have a strategic alliance already in place for the supply of subsea equipment.
-FMC recently signed an agreement with Statoil for the supply of additional subsea equipment for the Snorre field off- shore Norway. The order has an estimated value of US $33m in revenue. Under the terms of the agreement FMC will provide 10 production risers and tieback connectors. The equipment is scheduled for delivery in 2015.
