A frame agreement for drilling and well technology consultancy manpower has been awarded to AGR Consultancy in Norway by Statoil. The deal will start in January 2014, and mainly covers Statoil’s operations in that country, but AGR says the services may be performed globally. The five-year contract has extension options that could see it extend to 10 years in total.
