Massy Wood Group received a US$250 million, five-year contract to provide BP Plc (BP) with services for Trinidad & Tobago operations, John Wood Group Plc said May 13.

The company is jointly owned by Wood Group PSN (WGPSN) and Massy Holdings Ltd.’s energy division.

Engineering, procurement and construction services will be provided to BP's 13 upstream offshore facilities in the Greater Cassia and Greater Mahogany areas. The onshore Galeota Point Terminal and Beachfield facilities are also included in the scope of the contract, which is effective immediately.

Massy Wood Group has worked with BP in Trinidad and Tobago for nine years, the company said, adding that it currently provides maintenance to the same assets.

In January, WGPSN began a five-year contract to provide engineering, procurement and construction services to six UK continental shelf offshore upstream assets and the Forties Pipeline System (FPS) onshore midstream facilities in Grangemouth.

Massy Wood Group is based in Trinidad and Tobago.
