NEW DELHI, India—John Paisie, executive vice president of Stratas Advisors, talks about the outlook for U.S. crude exports. A large portion of exports through 2027 is destined for Asia, Paisie says, and that will bring a new dynamic to the global oil and gas business. Producers can also expect to contend with regulatory issues. Paisie and other Stratas analysts recently spoke in New Delhi, India, at a seminar held in conjunction with the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry.
