New Fortress Energy Inc.’s indirect subsidiary Golar LNG Partners LP declared a cash distribution of $0.546875 per unit of 8.75% Series A cumulative redeemable preferred units from May 15 to Aug. 14.
The preferred cash distribution will be payable on Aug. 15 to all Series A preferred unit holders of record as of Aug. 8.
