Prairie Acquiror LP, which owns 100% interest in infrastructure company Tallgrass Energy Partners LP directly or indirectly, announced Feb. 20 that it intends to offer $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2029.
Prairie plans on using net proceeds from the notes offering and the amended and restated term loan credit facility to refinance all or a portion of the indebtedness outstanding under its existing term loan credit facility.
