SandRidge Energy announced Jan. 16 that it will pay a one-time dividend of $1.50 per share from its board of directors and bump up its quarterly dividend.
The one-time dividend —a total payout of approximately $55 million — will be payable on Feb. 20 to shareholders of record on Feb. 5.
The board also announced plans to increase its ongoing quarterly dividend to $0.11 per share, representing a 10% increase. This increase will start with the company’s next quarterly payout in March 2024 and will continue until otherwise noticed.
