Paradigm was selected by North Caspian Operating Company BV to provide onsite technical services to support its teams working at its Technical Data Center in Astana and its service center in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

Their winning proposal offers a complete and robust technical solution, staffed by skilled and experienced national staff, operating a service structure that is designed to successfully support business critical functions at a competitive cost," said Allen Greenwood, technical services manager, North Caspian.
The agreement for Paradigm onsite support services includes the management of a full and continuously supported, secure, backed up and disaster-recoverable data management center in North Caspian's facilities in Astana and Atyrau. The agreement also includes geological and geophysical application support, and infrastructure, data management and IT consultancy services.
