Serinus Energy Inc. said Jan. 9 that Jakub Korczak resigned as vice president of investor relations and managing director of CEE, effective immediately.
Korczak joined the company, which owns and operates projects in Tunisia and Romania, in 2009.
The company's head office is in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Investor relations and disclosure functions in Poland will continue, the company said.
