Blackbird Energy Inc. (TSXV: BBI.V) acquired full working interest in 12 additional Elmworth Montney sections, the company said April 9.
The acquisition is completed. There are 7,680 net acres, and they increased Blackbird’s position in Elmworth by 17%. It now has full working interest in 81 sections ((51,840 net acres).
Elmworth Montney is its core project.
Garth Braun, chairman, CEO and president, said the company can now attract midstream investments to handle takeaway in the area.
