Paris-based marine service and subsea service provider Bourbon said April 13 that the three Nigerian nationals who were crew members on the crew boat Surfer 1440, was have been kidnapped. The boat was boarded the night of April 8.
An emergency unit based in Nigeria has been immediately activated, the company said, adding that Bourbon Interoil Nigeria Ltd. contacted the crew members’ families.
The company provided no other information.
