Amplify Energy Corp. has appointed James E. Craddock to its board of directors and as a new member will serve on the board’s nominating and governance committee, Amplify announced in a press release on Feb. 9.
Craddock joins Amplify with over 30 years of technical and operational knowledge. He was chairman and CEO of Rosetta Resources Inc. for two years until Rosetta’s merger with Noble Energy Inc., where he then served on Noble’s board of directors for five years. Currently, Cradock is on Crescent Point Energy Corp.’s board of directors.
Based in Houston, Amplify is an independent oil and natural gas company with acquisition, development and E&P operations in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, the Rockies and offshore California.
