(CT) production service couples real-time fiber-optic telemetry with advanced wireline production logging tools that enables onsite evaluation, well stimulation treatment design, real-time diagnostics, and well-production optimization to be carried out in a single trip to the well site.
The service uses a CT string incorporating fiber-optic technology for telemetry and a 111?16-in. bottomhole assembly (BHA). Additionally, the service is totally self-contained with only the BHA and a production logging engineer required on location with the CT unit; allows for the capture of distributed measurements, both acoustic and temperature, in real time and are synergistically combined with the production logging data; helps avoid misruns, lost data, depth inaccuracy, controlled passes, and slickline limitations with the real-time functionality; obtains more data from the reservoir to monitor or update well performance information; and allows the data to be used with other ACTive in-well live performance applications to customize detailed treatment plans. www.slb.com
