Moyno’s Tri-Phaze System is a patented progressing cavity solution with a low total cost that

efficiently turns marginal wells profitable. The system allows all fluids produced at the well site — water, oil and gas — to be transported through one pipeline to a central processing station. Abrasion-resistant materials allow smooth transfer of sandy fluids as well. The unit can generate flow rates up to 60,000 b/d of fluid with suction pressures up to 900 psi and discharge pressures up to 1,200 psi. In addition, the system features a stator elastomer formulation for improved resistance of aromatics. The company cites other advantages of the system such as efficient handling of gas void fractions up to 99% and preserved fluid characteristics through low-shear pumping action, which helps prevent emulsification and degradation. www.moyno.com
