SM Energy Co.'s board of directors announced on March 28 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15/share of common stock outstanding.
The dividend will be paid out on May 5 to stockholders on record as of the close of business on April 21.
Currently, SM Energy has approximately 120.5 million shares of common stock outstanding, a reduction of 1.4 million shares from the previous quarter that were repurchased by the company in first-quarter 2023.
SM Energy is an independent energy company with assets and operations in Texas.
